2. Data we collect

• Account data: Name, email address, company name, and password hash when you register or are invited.
• Usage data: Actions you take in the platform (inbound receipts, shipments, stock adjustments) stored as operational records belonging to your company.
• Log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps — collected automatically for security and error monitoring.
• Cookies: A session cookie to keep you logged in, and a consent cookie to record your cookie preference. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

3. Why we process your data

• Contract performance: To deliver the logistics platform you subscribed to.
• Legitimate interests: System security, error monitoring, and product improvement.
• Legal obligation: Retaining transaction records as required by applicable law.
• Consent: For non-essential cookies, where you have given consent.

4. Data retention

Account and operational data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months after contract termination, after which it is permanently deleted or anonymised. Log data is retained for 90 days. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• Hosting provider: Our server infrastructure (EU-based).
• Error monitoring: Sentry, Inc. — anonymised error traces only. No personal identifiers are sent.
• Payment processor: Stripe, Inc. — for subscription billing. We never store card numbers.

6. International transfers

All data is stored on EU-based servers. Where sub-processors are located outside the EU (e.g. Sentry), transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Your rights under GDPR

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
• Restriction: Ask us to stop processing your data in certain circumstances.
• Portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interests.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority (in Latvia: Datu valsts inspekcija, dvi.gov.lv).

8. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies (session management) and, with your consent, analytics cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies. Our cookie banner will reappear on your next visit.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or via an in-app banner at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
