Terms of Service

1. The Service

AeroRampa provides a cloud-based warehouse and logistics management platform. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan (Starter or Pro). We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

2. Accounts and access

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Each company account may create user accounts for its employees. You are responsible for your users' compliance with these Terms.
• You must be at least 18 years old and acting on behalf of a legal entity to use the Service.

3. Trial period

New company accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all Starter plan features. No credit card is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, access is suspended until a paid subscription is activated. Trial data is retained for 30 days after expiry.

4. Subscriptions and payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance in EUR.
• Prices are as published on the pricing page at the time of subscription. We will give 30 days' notice of any price increase.
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• If payment fails, access may be suspended after a 7-day grace period.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or another customer's data.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or overload the Service.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without prior written consent from AeroRampa.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant AeroRampa a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We will not access your data except to provide support or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, software, and all AeroRampa-authored content are owned by AeroRampa and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in the Service other than the limited licence to use it as described herein.

8. Availability and support

We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime excluding planned maintenance. We will attempt to give 24 hours' notice for planned maintenance windows. Support is provided by email during business hours (Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 EET).

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AeroRampa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. AeroRampa's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by cancelling the subscription. AeroRampa may suspend or terminate access immediately for material breach of these Terms, non-payment after the grace period, or if required by law. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted unless you request an export before that date.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email and via an in-app notice at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riga, Latvia, unless you are a consumer in which case mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence may apply.
