Reads 8 country plates — LV, LT, EE, FI, SE, DE, PL, RU. Auto-detects format.
Logs every entry / exit — Timestamp, plate, photo, matched booking ID. Visible in the yard module.

A wall-mounted panel by the staff entrance. Workers tap their RFID card or enter a 4-digit PIN. Their shift starts, their picking authority unlocks, their billing role is set — in one event.

RFID or PIN — Mifare 13.56MHz cards or a 4-digit PIN keypad. Use one, or both for higher-security shifts.
Tied to picking + billing — Shift events drive picker authority + payroll + 3PL labour billing in one record.
Shift swap, 2 taps — Worker A taps off; Worker B taps on within 60 seconds to inherit the open task.
Offline-safe — If the network drops, last 7 days of cards remain authorised. Re-syncs on reconnect.
